    I bought my of mock lobster at BJ's it's by the imitation seafood and crab section of most large supermarkets,. Essentially all the mock products are basically fish based with seafood flavor extract, etc. etc.

    and yes those new England hot dog rolls that are cut at the center are great.

    But this will be great in wraps or as a salad!

    I haven't had a good lobster roll for at least 20 years, not something that can be found here in St. Louis. The worst thing about it is, you can't find those "New England" hot dog rolls here, and without those, it's just not a lobster roll! I'll try this just to use as a salad and maybe put it on a croissant roll. Thanks!
