this is super easy to make, my mother -in-law gave me this recipe years ago it's soo yummy and since it's getting to be cranberry time and the cranberry bogs around here will be going into action once again , this sounded like a good one to share! Read more !! With vanilla icecream wow!!! See less
Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries shopping list
- 1 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup walnutss shopping list
- 2 extra large eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp almond extract shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- toss cranberries and walnuts with 1/4 cup sugar
- mix eggs,1 cup sugar,1 cup flour,1cup melted butter,
- sprinkle cranberry/walnut mixture into a buttered 10 inch pie plate
- pour remaining batter over cranberry/walnuts and sprinkle with sugar
- bake 30 minutes or till firm
- serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!!!
