Ultimate Carbonara

Simple, quick and delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 slices streaky bacon shopping list
- 1 large clove of garlic shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 50 grams pecorino cheese (or anything else that melts!) shopping list
- A few herbs and some freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- A knob of butter shopping list
- spaghetti for two shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cook the pasta in some salted water. Reserve a little of the cooking water to make the sauce.
- 2. Fry the bacon and garlic. Add to the pasta with a knob of butter, eggs, cheese and seasoning.
- 3. Keep the pasta moving over a very low heat for a minute or two, adding a few tablespoons of the cooking water if the pasta starts to dry out.
- Enjoy!
