How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Grease an 11x7 pan
  • Chop onion
  • Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat until melted
  • Stir in onion and saute until tender
  • Combine onion, chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, and pimiento in a med size bowl and mix well
  • Spoon mixture into baking dish
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Sprinkle with 3/4 c cheddar
  • Arrange biscuits on top Sprinkle with remaining cheese
  • Bake until biscuits are golden brown and bubbling, about 20 minutes

    I bet this would be great with rice under thr biscuits cooking in the soup mix with a little bit of ck stock, Im gonna try this fo-sho thanks for the share...

    I make this all the time, I usually add a bag of frozen mixed veggies to it or peas n carrots. Love this one!
