Pico De Guacamole

- 2 small avocados, (or 1 large), peeled and mashed shopping list
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced shopping list
- 1 tomato, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced shopping list
- 1/2 lime, juice of shopping list
- sea salt, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve as a dip for corn chips or topping for Mexican foods.
- For a raw vegan delight, spread on washed leaves of romaine or kale, roll up, and enjoy!

I agree with you on adding just fresh vegies to the guac all I do is mash a few avocodos and add some of my fresh salsa to it S&P to taste and Waa-Laa
