Chile Garlic Paste

- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
- 15-20 dried chile de arbol peppers shopping list
- 10 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- In pan heat vegetable and sesame oil add chiles and garlic. Saute a few minutes. (carful not to burn) Set aside.
- Slowly add vinegar and water stirring to combine. Bring back to boil. Remove from heat and pour mixture into blender. Let cool about 10 minutes and blend until smooth.
