How to make it

  • Combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, onions, cayenne and black pepper in medium glass bowl See Photo. Mix well.
  • Stack 3 pieces of roast beef together and spread a layer of the cream cheese mix over it.
  • Sprinkle lightly with paprika See Photo
  • Lay another 3 pieces on top of that layer, and repeat.
  • Top with another 3 pieces.
  • Repeat with all remaining beef and cream cheese mix.(you may have a lil left)
  • Tightly wrap each stack in plastic wrap and let rest in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • When chilled, slice into about 1 inch cubes and top each with a small green olive with a toothpick.

    Hey, this is really creative and it tastes good too. Don't know what bologna cake is but maybe that is just as well.
