How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 F. Spray a 9X13 glass baking dish with cooking spray or line with non-stick foil.
  • Mix the first seven ingredients in a gallon sized zip bag. Set aside.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg subsitute, water, and hot pepper sauce.
  • Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in egg substitute mixture. Drop into bag and shake to coat in crumb mixture.
  • Place chicken pieces in baking dish and bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear.
