How to make it

  • 1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine soup mix, chilli powder,salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  • 2. Cut each potato into eight wedges, place in bag and shake to coat.
  • 3. Arrange in a single layer in a greased 15 in x 10 in x 1 in baking pan. Drizzle with oil.
  • 4. Bake uncovered at 425 for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Turn bake 15-20 minutes longer or until crisp.
