Moon shine sound great, but do they really produce them anymore, as much of a 12 fl bottol, or as lil as 1 cup , there rest goes down for the chef hehehe, but if you don't like to used any of beer, if there is any cooking wine or worchester sauce 1 tablespoon will be enough.but add 1 cup of water or chicken broth for the liquid

I don't have any beer either, hmmmm can I use moon shine? Oh wait, I don't really have any of that either. LOL But I will have to try some kind of booze (how much though?) and make this chicken!
