Beef Pot Pie My Way

- 2-3 c leftover beef roast shopping list
- 2-3 c leftover vegetables or a bag of frozen mixed vegetables shopping list
- 1-1/2c leftover gravy or packaged gravy(don't make too soupy) shopping list
- 1-1/2 to 2 c mashed potatoe shopping list
- paprika and parsley for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a 2 qt. casserole,layer meat,veggies,a little gravy and then repeat with what is left. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
- Bake at 350 for 45-60 mins. till hot and bubbly.
- Note: I have made these pot pies with chicken,pork and lamb when leftover.
