How to make it

  • Throw all of the ingredients (except the tortillas) in a stir-fry pan/ wok. As you cook the food over medium-high heat, continue to stir until the meat crumbles. Remove from heat.
  • Cook your tortillas. Fill your tacos and top with one or more of the following:
  • Gaucamole
  • shredded cheese
  • Pico de Gallo / slasa cruda / hot sauce
  • sour cream
  • minced tomatoes

    I am setting here and trying to think how to give your little flatbread cakes a proper plug.
    T-T-T

    all I can come up with,and still not give it justice is...

    Not to take away from your already great recipe...
    There are but two things if I were to prepare it that I would add to the condiments,and that would be, sliced red radishes and grilled cambray onions.
