Onion Cheese Board

This is a recipe I got from a friend years ago. Have swapped out different types of cheeses. You can use all the varieties od seeds or just one. I love it with poppy seeds and kosher salt.
Ingredients
- 1 (12oz) bag frozen chopped onions shopping list
- 16 oz shredded cheese shopping list
- 6 TB butter shopping list
- 3 c Bisquick shopping list
- 2 c milk2 eggs shopping list
- poppy,sesame and caraway seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onions til caramelized a bit in butter. Mix together bisquick,milk and eggs. Add sauteed onion and 1/2 of the cheese to mixture.
- Pour into greased 9x13" dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle generously with seeds.
- Drizzle 4 TB melted butter over top.
- Bake at 400' for 20 mins. Cut when cool into pick up size pieces.
