Mean Green Avacado Sauce

fast, fresh, dip, marinade, salsa, enchilada sauce, casserole sauce, bbq sauce
Ingredients
- 1 whole avacado seeded and scraped out shopping list
- 1 cup plain yogurt i use whole milk yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced green chiles or a small can shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 cup favorite salsa i use pico de gallo shopping list
- 1 or two cloves garlic, 1 if you use as salsa 2 cloves for enchiladas or cooking sauce or marinade shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- blend all together in blender or processor and let the compliments roll in! you can make it spicy or mild. i like to make chicken enchiladas with this or pour over chips and beans then add chesse for nachos. your can marinate then grill steak or chicken. or pour into a sauce pan or crock pot with chicken and simmer till tender and put on rice or in tacos. let me know if you come up with a good use
