How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Brown hamburger meat and onion with all the seasoning.
  • Add the can corn and the can of soup. Combine and let simmer for a few minutes.
  • Take potatoes and skin them then slice thin. Put into a baking pan sprayed with non stick spray.
  • Top the potatoes with the meat mixture, then top with velveeta and cheeder cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.

    Sorry, I am not a Velveeta fan, so will substitute with the cheese. This sounds like comfort food; yummy.
