Ingredients
  • 2 packages Jello Cheesecake mix
  • 1- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 12 ounce cool whip
  • 3 cup milk
  • 2 packages Lady fingers
  • 1 can or jar Cherry pie filling (you can actually use any filling)
  • Spring pan

Directions
  1. Make crust as directed in Jello cheesecake package as directed pat in bottom of spring pan. Line outside rim of the pan with the ladyfingers flat side facing in. Mix cream cheese till soften, add jello mix, then add the milk keep mixing and whip in the cool whip. Pour into spring pan. Let it set up, this will immediately almost. Pour on the pie filling. Before serving you can tie a ribbon around the cake. Or leave it as is. On fourth of july I even stick a flag in it. it is a beautiful and delicous cake. Remember you can use any pie filling.
