How to make it

  • Pound out of your chicken breast, both sides
  • in a bowl whip your milk and egg up and add your chicken breast
  • in a separate bowl mix together your bread crumbs, flour, garlic salt and parma cheese to make your dry batter
  • Take chicken out of egg and milk mix and coat both sides in your dry batter
  • Fry on both sides until crust is browned only
  • Pour both jars of sauce in baking dish
  • Lay browned chicken breast on top of sauce, no need to cover chicken with sauce
  • bake in oven on 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked
  • Spoon sauce over pasta and top with a chicken breast.
