Chicken Parma

- 2 jars of favorite spaghetti sauce shopping list
- Enough of your favorite pasta for 4 people shopping list
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast shopping list
- 1/2 cup of flour shopping list
- 1 cup of bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 cup of parma. cheese. I use Kraft that's in the shaker can shopping list
- garlic salt to taste shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Pound out of your chicken breast, both sides
- in a bowl whip your milk and egg up and add your chicken breast
- in a separate bowl mix together your bread crumbs, flour, garlic salt and parma cheese to make your dry batter
- Take chicken out of egg and milk mix and coat both sides in your dry batter
- Fry on both sides until crust is browned only
- Pour both jars of sauce in baking dish
- Lay browned chicken breast on top of sauce, no need to cover chicken with sauce
- bake in oven on 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked
- Spoon sauce over pasta and top with a chicken breast.
