How to make it

  • In a pan stir the yolks and the dulche de leche together.
  • Add the cream and milk.
  • Over low heat and stirring continuously cook the mixture until you get a creamy almost like custard texture.
  • Let it cool before you pour it into the ice cream maker. If needed it keeps well overnight in the fridge.
  • Follow the instructions of your ice cream maker manufacturer to finish the ice cream.
