Chocolate And Marshmallows Mousse

- 18 oz good quality dark chocolate, mininum 60% cocoa solids, chopped shopping list
- 10 Oz mini marshmallows (or normal size marshmallows cut in half) shopping list
- 3 oz unsalted butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup recently boiled water shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups double cream shopping list
How to make it
- In a heavy sauce pan melt chocolate, marshmallows, butter and water. Stir until you get a silky chocolate paste.
- Set aside to cool.
- Whip the cream until you get firm peaks. Fold onto the chocolate paste.
- Put in individual ramekins or in a large bowl.
- Put the mousse in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour and it is ready to serve!
