How to make it

  • In a heavy sauce pan melt chocolate, marshmallows, butter and water. Stir until you get a silky chocolate paste.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Whip the cream until you get firm peaks. Fold onto the chocolate paste.
  • Put in individual ramekins or in a large bowl.
  • Put the mousse in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour and it is ready to serve!
