Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sunflower seeds-hulled, roasted, unsalted
  • 1 bunch cilantro-washed and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic-peeled
  • 1/2 tsp dried chipotle optional
  • 1/4 c olive oil

Directions
  1. blend first 4 ingredients in a processor or blender until it becomes a paste.
  2. Add olive oil slowly while processing,
  3. blend until it is incorporated.
