Stir Fry

- 1-3 lbs london broil shopping list
- 1 lb fresh sanp beans shopping list
- 1 large zuchini shopping list
- 1 med onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic (minced) shopping list
- bean sprouts shopping list
- fresh ginger (can use powdered) shopping list
- garlic chili paste(at local asian market,have many flavors) shopping list
- soy sauce shopping list
- rice wine shopping list
- corn starch shopping list
How to make it
- Take and peel about an inch piece of fresh ginger, then slice into big pieces and add to oil heating in pan to flavor it, remove from pan before stir frying veggies.
- Cut onion,zuchini,and snap beans into large bite size pieces.Stir fry on high heat for about 5 min. Still want them to be a little crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Slice beef in thin slices and stir fry in same pan as veggies. add garlic and bean sprouts when almost done(don't want it to burn) add veggies back with a tbl spoon soy sauce and rice wine. Add a half teaspoon chili paste(can use red chili flakes in its place)
- add corn starch slurry to give a nice sheen and thicken.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
