Sazón Goya Lime Chicken Rollups

I've made this recipe many times with leftover cooked chicken or if I didn't have that, I poached chicken and shredded it. Sazón Goya does contain MSG. Sazón means seasoning in Spanish, so for those sensitive to that ingredient, you can replicate your own using this combination of spices: salt, ground black pepper, granulated garlic or garlic powder, dried ground coriander seed, cumin, oregano and annatto seeds, ground. Read more The achiote (annatto) is what makes the sazon reddish. You could sub paprika for the achiote. A good ratio for the mix is one Tbsp of each spice. Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded shopping list
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/8 cup lime juice shopping list
- 1 tsp white sugar shopping list
- 1 pkt Sazón Goya (con culantro y achiote) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes to blend all flavors.
- Serve with flour tortillas and any "extras" you like... salsa, sour cream, cheese, etc. Use for a chicken taco salad, for nachos, or for a quesadilla.
