Nacho Taco Porkchops

Had some porkchops out for dinner and did not want to make it the same old way as usual, so I saw a bag of doritis layin on the country and this is how I came up with dinner for tonight. Hope everyone likes.
Ingredients
- 4 BONE IN CENTER CUT PORKCHOPS(1/2 IN THICK) shopping list
- 2 1oz BAGS OF NACHO cheese Doritos shopping list
- 1/4 CUP panko CRUMBS shopping list
- 1 TBL taco seasoning. shopping list
- egg wash (2 eggs W/ LITTLE water,salt AND pepper) shopping list
- MIXTURE OF colby/JACK AND PEPER JACK cheese shopping list
How to make it
- PRE HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES
- CRUSH DORITOS WITH ROLLING PEN IN A ZIPLOC BAG THEN MIX WITH PANKO AND TACO SEASONING IN A SHALLOW DISH. See Photo
- DIP PORKCHOPS IN EGG WASH See Photo
- DREDGE IN BREADING MIXTURE AND PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET SPRAYED WITH NON STICK COOKING SPRAY.
- BAKE ON ONE SIDE FOR 10MIN THEN FLIP AND BAKE ANOTHER 10MIN, See Photo
- TOP EACH CHOP WITH CHEESE AND BAKE ANOTHER 5MIN UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED. See Photo
- CAN SERVE WITH TACO/MEXI RICE WITH BLACKBEANS AND CORN
