How to make it

  • In a roc glass,combine cranberries,lime wedge,sugar and mint leaves. Using muddler or handle of ice cream scoop,crush together ingredients until all the juice has been extractedfrom the limes and cranberries.
  • Fill glass with ice and add rum. Top off with seltzer and stir. Garnish with sprig of mint or lime slice.
