What an incredible, delicious, and easy to make soup! I used chicken broth because my pot stickers were filled with a chicken filling. Used the soy sauce and sesame oil as directed because I did not have a seasoning packet. Very easy to adjust recipe to make more or less. LOVE IT!!

I made this using vegetable broth and chicken pot stickers. They did not come with a seasoning packet so I used the soy sauce as you suggested but I did not have sesame oil so I used a tbsp of Gomasio (sesame seeds, seaweed & sea salt). I thought it needed a bit more flavor, perhaps if I had the oil it would have been enough. Overall, we enjoyed this. I plan to add a bit more ginger & soy when I reheat it the leftovers. Thanks, Pat!
