How to make it

  • In a medium pot, combine condensed milk and chocolates.
  • Place over low heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until chocolate melts, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove pot from heat.
  • Stir in Frangelico, hazelnuts and Nutella and pour into a greased and lined 8" pan, levelling the top.
  • Cover and chill until firm.
