Refreshing juice great for colds and nausea
Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots shopping list
- 1 apple shopping list
- 1 inch piece of ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and trim tops and ends off carrots
- Remove stem from apple
- Juice all ingredients starting with the ginger

Wonderful combination of simple ingredients. I have a very powerful blender so I blend with some ice and water to desired consistency. Love the pop of gingery goodness!
