Chicken Swiss Bundles

like little hot pockets, but you make them yourself. Serve with some soup,(tomato), or oven fried potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 1/2 t butter shopping list
- 1 minced garlic clove shopping list
- 1 c cubed, cooked chicken shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped roasted red pepper shopping list
- 1 T honey mustard shopping list
- 1/4 t salt shopping list
- 1/4 t lemon-pepper shopping list
- 1/4 t italian seasoning shopping list
- 2 c shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 12 thawed frozen dinner rolls shopping list
- 2 T butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- saute onion and mushrooms in butter
- add garlic
- add chicken, peppers, mustard and seasonings
- heat Stir in cheese
- Flatten each roll into 5 in circle. Put 1/4 c mixture into center of 6 circles
- Brush edges with water, yop with remaing circles. Press edges with fork to seal.
- place on greased baking sheet. brush with butter. bake 18-22 min til lgolden brown..
