  • Better if made a couple of hours ahead, so flavors can blend.
  • Personally, I take it out of the fridge about 20 minutes before serving.

    Mmm, I think this needs to be on my list of things to try this weekend, Debbie! I love a loaded potato but they're too high in carbs and this looks like a great alternative. Thanks! Also, if you try the shortbread squares, please let me know how they turn out for you. :)
