How to make it

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add a bit of extra almond milk or water if necessary to achieve the consistency you like.
  • I like this served cold (sometimes I even pop the peeled banana in the freezer for an hour) but it's fine room temperature too.
