Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place all ingredients into food processor and pulse until combined. Transfer to a bowl with lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Toss with as much sauce to taste into hot pasta.
  • I can imagine the leftover sauce also being a great spread for toasted bread, baked potatoes or add to mashed potatoes :-)

Thank you for sharing. Always looking for a good sauce for pasta and this one sounds great...I love blue cheese and just got a big hunk of Pt. Reyes Blue as a holiday gift, now I know one way to use some up!

I am making this as I write! It smells delicious and I just tasted it. It is very good! I ran out of black pepper though and used pink peppercorns instead. I had roquefort cheese and that is what I used as a blue cheese. I love that there's left over sauce :) I will save it for later :) Now I am off to cook my pasta. Thanks for sharing!
