How to make it

  • set up a breading station. bread crumbs in shallow dredging pan and egg wash in another
  • whisk up egg with mayo and tbl water to make egg wash
  • combine italian seasoning and pepper to bread crumbs
  • dredge chops in egg then crumbs
  • heat oil in pan to fry chops and fry till golden on each side(only turn once) and cooked thru.

    Looks easy.I got so used to making my own version of the breaded up when frying things up.This is my way on making any thing with white meat (I tend to do things with other meats as well) Flour Mixture
