How to make it

  • In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first four ingredients.
  • Add chicken and turn to coat.
  • Seal bag and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  • Place chicken and marinade in a small ungreased baking pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for an hour or until meat juices run clear.
  • Place over hot rice if desired.

    You did promise me some cranberry recipes... Even hubby can do this one... Yummy! I got the cranberry juice and the chicken... Houston it's a go!
