Banana Crumb Muffins

- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 bananas mashed shopping list
- 3/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 egg lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter melted shopping list
- Crumb Topping shopping list
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and put paper liners in a muffin paper.
- 2. In a bowl mix the 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, baking sugar, and salt. In another bowl beat together the bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter and then stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened and spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
- 3. In another bowl mix together the brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon and cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
- 4. Bake in preheated oven for 18 - 20 minutes until a toothpick into center of a muffin and comes out clean.
