This is a wonderful breakfast bread.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. of mashed bananas
  • 3/4 c. of toasted and chopped walnuts
  • 2/3 c. of milk
  • 3 c. of bread flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. of butter
  • 3 tbsp. of sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. of active dry yeast

Directions
  1. First you want to sprinkle walnuts in the botton of the bread baking pan.
  2. Then you can bake the walnuts on 350 degrees about 10 min.(light brown)
  3. Made need to be stirred.
  4. Now add the ingredients to bread machine,(check bread machine instructions), then add in the banana and milk.
  5. Would probably use the white setting.
  6. Let the bread machine do its magic!
  7. Enjoy!
