Banana Nut Yeast Bread

A nice bread. It is not the normal sweet quick bread normally associated with a banana nut bread. It is a yeasted bread with good flavor. It has a nice tight grain and soft like good slicing bread for sandwiches.

Had to cover the loaf in the last 10 minutes to keep it from browning too much.

Converted this recipe from a machine recipe to hand kneaded. Baked at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.

This sounds interesting. I have a lovely bunch of bananas begging to be used. I don't know if today is the day for a yeast bread or not.....might just end up with the quick bread version. Will bookmark for another day.
