This is a wonderful bread, used for any meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 tsp. of active dry yeast (1 Packet
  • 1/2 c. of pumpkin puree, canned or cooked from fresh
  • 1/4 c. of butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. of instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 c. of brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 tsp. of ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. of ground ginger
  • 2 3/4 c. of bread flour
  • 1/2 c. of warm water, plus
  • 2 tbsp. of warm water (70-80F)
  • 3/4 tsp. of salt

Directions
  1. First you want to add the ingredients according to the bread machine instructions.
  2. I usually set the machine on the basic setting for 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  3. Let the bread machine do its magic!
