Marsala Laced Mushrooms

- 1/2 c marsala wine shopping list
- 1 TB soy sauce shopping list
- 2 TB melted butter,divided shopping list
- 1 lb mushrooms,thickly sliced shopping list
- 1/3 c plain bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 TB shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried sage shopping list
- 1/2 tsp chopped parsley. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425'
- In large bowl,combine marsala,soy sauce,and 1 TB melted butter;mix well. Stir in mushrooms and let stand 10 mins;stir occasionally.
- In small bowl,combine breadcrumbs,Parmesan cheese,sage,parsley and remaining 1 TB melted butter;mix well.
- Pour mushrooms into 9" pie plate or baling dish and bake 15 mins. Remove from oven and pour off half the liquid. Sprinkle mushrooms with breadcrumb mixture and bake 10 mins. more,or till browned.
