Beef Tenderloin Steaks With Red Wine Mushroom Sauce

- 4 (4ounce) beef tenderloin steaks shopping list
- 1/4 t salt shopping list
- 1/4 t black pepper shopping list
- butter flavored cooking spray shopping list
- 1 (8ounce) package presliced baby portobella mushrooms shopping list
- 1 cup dry red wine shopping list
- 2 T butter shopping list
- 1 t minced fresh rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat
- Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper
- coat steaks with cooking spray
- Add steaks to pan and cook for 3 minutes each side or until desired doneness
- Transfer steaks to a serving platter and keep warm
- Add mushrooms to pan and coat mushrooms with cooking spray
- Saute for 3 minutes or until browned
- Stir in wine, scraping pan to loosen browned bits
- Cook until liquid almost evaporates
- Remove pan from heat
- Add butter and rosemary , stirring until butter melts
- Pour sauce over steaks
- Enjoy!
