Cocoa Cappuccino Mousse

- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee dissolved in 2 teaspoons hot water shopping list
- 2 cups, (1 pint) cold whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a saucepan combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, butter and coffe in medium saucepan and cook over low heat stirring constantly until butter melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and cool.
- 2. Beat the whipping cream in a large bowl until stiff and then gradually fold into the chocolate a little at a time and then spoon into dessert bowls and refridgerate until set about 2 hours and garnish as desired.
