Moroccan Salad

- 1 cup quinoa shopping list
- 1 cup chopped cucumber shopping list
- 1 chopped roma tomato shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomato's shopping list
- 3/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 small chopped red pepper shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 cup chopped purple onion shopping list
- 1 cup feta crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 cup rasions or cranberries shopping list
- 1/4 chopped celery shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped black olives shopping list
- juice from 1 lemon shopping list
- 1/4 cup virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Cook Quinoa 1 cup to 2 cups water. Boil reduce and simmer 12-15 min till done. cool
- add remaining ingredients toss and enjoy with roasted pecans
