How to make it

  • Spray small skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Heat skillet on medium heat and saute spinach until cooked in its own water (water naturally comes out from the leaves when cooked.
  • Remove spinach and cool.
  • In a medium bowl, Add turkey, spinach and rest of ingredients and throughly mix by hand with fingers, evenly distributing spinach.
  • Form burgers into four patties.
  • Place patties on hot non-stick skillet on high.
  • Cook on each side approximately 5 minutes on each side; Press burgers with spatula to squeeze out natural juices from turkey to cook turkey with its own juice, marinating, caramelizing at the same time.
  • Flip occassionally, and pressing to ensure properly cooked throughly.
  • Remove from heat; top with favorite cheese (optional) and serve!
