Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 lbs ground sausage
  • garlic salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Bake or microwave the potatoes till they are a step away from done
  2. Begin to fry your sausage
  3. As the meat cooks cut up your potatoes, onions and peppers into bite sized pieces
  4. When the meat is browned, drain a little grease off, add some garlic salt
  5. put in your veggies and continue to cook it with the meat
  6. Scramble the eggs in the bowl with some garlic salt
  7. When the meat and veggies are done pour the eggs over them and cook all together
  8. It’s done when the eggs are done.
  9. Time saver: Bake or microwave the potatoes the night before and chop all the veggies. You can also cook your meat the night before; just make sure to save the grease

My grandfather use to call this farmers feast. He would add anything, including onions, green pepper, favorite meat and then pour eggs on it and top it with alot of Paprika. It is so good. Thanks for posting this!
