How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients with your hands in a large mixing bowl.
  • Roll into small balls, then roll each ball in powdered milk.
  • Place into a bowl, cover and chill completely before eating.
  • Will keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

    Hy, what a nice recipe... Love healthy snacks!! I think I will use orange flower honey, here in Mallorca we have lots of orange, lemon and tangerine trees, and there is a marvelous honey with a nice taste from them... Thanks.

    I think the fruit needs to be dried just because fresh would make it too fluid. I just use regular clover honey (it's what we have!) but if you experiment with other kinds let me know how it tastes!
