- 24 drummies/wings shopping list
- 2 heaping tablespoons of creole seasoning shopping list
- 2 heaping tablespoons of Seasoned salt shopping list
- 4 tablespoons white distilled vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of kosher salt shopping list
How to make it
- First season the wings/drummies with the creole seasoning and the seasoned salt and allow to sit overnight in a baggie.
- When ready to cook take them out of baggie and place in a baking dish and let them cook on about 400 degreef for about 15 minutes and then sprinkle over them the white distilled vinegar and the kosher salt and place back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
