White Chocolate Cinnamon Glazed Popcorn
From keni 13 years agoIngredients
- 10 cups plain popped corn(mushroom kernels, if possible) shopping list
- 12oz white chocolate coating pieces(not almond bark, and if you use chips, make sure they are a high quality one) shopping list
- about 1t high grade cinnamon shopping list
- 2T heavy cream shopping list
- extra fine sea or popcorn salt shopping list
How to make it
- In microwave safe glass dish, microwave chocolate and cream about 1 minute. Stir well and continue to melt at 20 second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted.
- Add cinnamon and stir well.
- Pour chocolate over popped corn in large bowl/bowls, or whatever will hold it...paper supermarket bags work well! :), and stir well to coat.
- Sprinkle with salt and shake or stir, again.
- Spread out onto paper or silpat lined counter to cool, tossing once in a while to avoid huge clumps. You can also keep it in the paper bags and shake, often, to accomplish the same thing.
- Drizzle with small amount of melted white chocolate about 5 minutes before serving, if desired. It will harden quickly if just using a drizzle an no cinnamon or cream, added.
