How to make it

  • In microwave safe glass dish, microwave chocolate and cream about 1 minute. Stir well and continue to melt at 20 second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted.
  • Add cinnamon and stir well.
  • Pour chocolate over popped corn in large bowl/bowls, or whatever will hold it...paper supermarket bags work well! :), and stir well to coat.
  • Sprinkle with salt and shake or stir,again.
  • Spread out onto paper or silpat lined counter to cool, tossing once in a while to avoid huge clumps. You can also keep it in the paper bags and shake, often, to accomplish the same thing.
  • Drizzle with small amount of melted white chocolate about 5 minutes before serving, if desired. It will harden quickly if just using a drizzle an no cinnamon or cream, added.
