Meatballs - French Style

- 250g pork mince shopping list
- 1 shallot, very finely diced shopping list
- 2 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- about 1tbsp finely chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/4 peach, skinned and finely diced shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 2 tsp brandy/cognac (the better quality one, if you have a choice!) shopping list
- 1 tbsp breadcrumb shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything together
- Use your judgement. If too dry add more egg, if too wet more breadcrumb, etc.
- Roll into balls around 1.5-2cm in diameter (should make around 20-25 with above quantities)
- BBQ and serve
- Profit? ;-)
