How to make it

  • Mix everything together
  • Use your judgement. If too dry add more egg, if too wet more breadcrumb, etc.
  • Roll into balls around 1.5-2cm in diameter (should make around 20-25 with above quantities)
  • BBQ and serve
  • Profit? ;-)

    These sound good.....and different, which is always right up my alley! Thanks for the post....gonna try these, but intend to make a dinner out of them. I see orzo in their future, perhaps........;)
