How to make it

  • In a large skillet or Wok add water and boulion
  • add onion, sprouts,slaw, garlic, onions cook down for a few minutes
  • add sliced mushrooms salt and pepper
  • let it all cook down
  • add cayenne
  • add cheeses
  • let cool
  • once cool wrap into eggroll wrappers according to directions on package
  • place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • spray with cooking spray
  • bake on 400 for 20 minutes turning them over after 10 and spraying the other side with cooking spray
