How to make it

  • Boil the potatoes separate from the eggs.
  • Blanch together the carrots, green peas and mixed vegetables.
  • In a large mixing bowl bring in the potatoes, the sliced eggs,
  • the blanched vegetables along with the black olives, capers and the chopped onion, peppers and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper and toss everything well.
  • Mix well the prepared dressing with the potato mixture.
  • Chill before serving or serve at room temperature.
