Seafoam Lime Salad

This is another salad my mom has made at holiday time. It is really good.
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg. lime jello shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1/2 cup cold water shopping list
- 1 TBSP. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- mini marshmallows ( 1/4 to 1/3 of a 16 oz. pkg.) shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add cold water and lemon juice and stir well.
- Add mixture to softened cream cheese.
- Mix till well blended. Chill until almost firm.
- Fold in drained pineapples, nuts and marshmallows.
- Pour into 1 quart mold or bowl.
- Chill till well set.
